改めてモノに頼らない暮らしを

モノを失うのはすごく簡単だ。私たちはそれを身をもって経験した。なぜ起こったか？単なる自然災害とか不運ではない。ルマンバヤンに100年以上暮らす一家も、こんな洪水は初めてだそうだ。近年ハイドロミニダムが作られる前は急な増水などなかった。また、当地奥地は伐採で丸裸状態の山々があるという。台風が直撃したからだけではない。でなければ、役場がどうしてevacuation centerなど建設しているのだ？金の無駄遣いだと思っていたが、予め政府は予想していたのだ。ここはもはやマリキナと同じだ。これからもこんな悲劇は何度も起こるだろう。マテリアリズム（経済成長）至上でモノに頼っているからだ。私たち自身もマテリアリズムから抜け切れずモノに頼っていたから悲劇が倍増した。フィリピンらしいシンプルライフを守っていればこんなことは起こらない。クライメイトチェンジにも寄与しない。フィリピンには日本の轍を踏んで欲しくない。少なくとも私たちは改めてモノに頼らない暮らしを送ることを自分たち自身に誓う。Bangon

We report that closing P. G. W. Services has completed finally

Due to Pag-IBIG and BIR matters, P. G. W. Services had no choices than closing and we started the procedure last year. It even cost so much for us ironically, but my wife and I confirmed at BIR San Teodoro branch today that it was completed finally. We apprecuate it for your supports to P. G. W. so far. The business no longer exists, but the name and spirit of P. G. W. remain with us for good.

He was a victim and survivor of Lipa's massive massacre by former Japanese army in the Last World War. In order for me to know what my seniors to the Philippines did and how Filipinos have been feeling to that, I reported myself of the incident by visiting there in Barangay Lunbang, Lipa City, in 2007. One of the photos I took then show-represented a Japanese NPO, Bridge For Peace (BPF) , magazine that was issued in Feb, 2012. Living in and looking at Puerto Galera makes me feel its beauty eternal as it's in rural area not much changing. Having been in and around Puerto Galera for about 5 years, I didn't try to take such pictures for this 1 year. However, the best season has come again! I couldn't help focusing on the swing of the things of Puerto Galera; in the hottest Sun light lives were singing of their best delight!
